Current Developments and What You Should Know

This presentation is intended to provide practitioners with a practical understanding of the of the latest “Hot Topics” drawing the attention of ethics authorities and the compliance challenges faced by attorneys.  Discussion will include complying with the latest advertising regulations and Advisory Opinions, ethically using AI in legal practice, and an overview of the most frequent enforcement issues encountered by New Jersey attorneys.

This program has been tentatively approved by the Board of Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1 hour of total CLE credit.
