This is a peak travel time, it is strongly suggested that you make your flight & hotel reservations well in advance.
3-Day extensions of the group room rate available on either end of the conference dates, space permitting.

3 Nights luxury hotel accommodations, all gratuities to doorman, bellman and housekeeping,
room tax, continental breakfast before Seminars and welcome cocktail reception.
* Rates are per person based on double occupancy.
** Each attending attorney requires a separate $350 conference registration fee;
additional rooms for non attorney attendees will require a $100 registration fee.

A nonrefundable deposit of $100.00 per person is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due no later than December 1. 2008. Any reservation not paid for in full by that date will be subject to automatic cancellation and the depositwill be forfeited. Cancellations received within 60 days of departure will be non-refundable. Each individual conference attendee is responsible for their own air and hotel transfer arrangements. Travel insurance is available through South Mountain Travel and is highly recommended. All rates are based on tariffs at the time that the tour was booked and are subject to change.
